Version 0.1.2 released

Urgent release to fix some important issues. It also includes visibility of the event system which increases and lowers your hotel rating based on the expectations of guests. Guests have expectations which need to be met. The event system was already in the game but just not visible in the UI. 

Changes:

• feat: increased maximum zoom level, increased movement at high zoom levels and reversed zoom (pinch) on Mac (same as other apps)
• feat: thoughts and complaints are now visible and summarised in the management views
• fix: save games not loading properly
• fix: bots not using shower and bath
• fix: bot information window visible from start
• fix: build and release issue with godot 4.3 beta 1
